Virgin experience eating a poke bowl and I’m glad that it was a good one.
Poke Bowl
Menu (For Poke Bowl)
I like the idea of customizing your own poke bowl to suit your preference.
My order was:
1) Signature Sushi Rice
2) Spicy Garlic Sesame Tuna, Original Shoyu Salmon
3) $9.90 Light Bowl
4) Tobiko, Furikake, Sesame Seeds, Cherry Tomato, Japanese Cucumber, Wakame Seaweed
Their Signature Sushi Rice had a hint of sweetness to it but if you’re going for a healthier meal, the other options will be a better choice.
The fish were perfectly seasoned; just slightly, without completely masking the natural flavor of the sashimi. I absolutely loved the tuna which had a good chewy texture to it while the salmon, on the other hand, was slightly too soft for my liking. Of course, the toppings were very fresh as well.
It didn’t look like the extra $3 was worth it so I opted for a $9, thinking I’d still be famished after but it was actually filling enough.

Besides poke bowls, healthy snacks and superfood smoothie bowls are also served and as disgustingly healthy as some of them sounds, it actually looks pretty appetizing!!
Can’t wait to go back to try more from their menu!
And the best part is, I won’t even have to worry about getting fat!
